The rotary table with mechanical lift is not in itself a manipulator, but it performs the functions.
带机械升降的旋转平台并不是内部有操纵台,而是他自身也要升降
It is a normal indexing table fixed on a plate below which, also fixed, there is an oscillator or an intermittent parallel axis (OP or AP).
它是一个普通的分度台底部加装了一块平板,也是固定的,有一个震动的或间歇平行轴(OP或AP)。
On the output shaft of the oscillator / intermittent drive is keyed an eccentric, on the periphery of which slides the end of a shaft, whose other end can be fastened to a disc (see figure below), or move freely.
The disk (normally used if the weight to be lifted is remarkable) moved by the above, flowing in four columns by means of recirculating ball bushings.

The timing of motion between the table and AP / OP is ensured by a chain; when the table rotates l 'AP / OP is stopped, while when the table is in pause the oscillator wheel and with it the eccentric cam which raises or lowers the shaft and the attached disk.

The set may have a (in the case where the ignition timing table-AP / OP is implemented through a chain) or two engines; in the latter case the ignition timing is done electronically.

The AP / OP with relative eccentric may be replaced by a pneumatic cylinder, in this case one speaks of pneumatic lift.
The timing is done electronically and the engine is always double.

Linear Manipulation
线性操作台

BRM2 manipulator is a mechanic unit transform, by two double sides cams and transfer arms, continuous rotation of inlet shaft into linear displacement of horizontal and vertical stroke.
BRM2操作台是一个机械转换单元,通过两个双面凸轮将机械臂和连续的输入轴旋转转化成水平和垂直的冲程。
These are easily adjustable changing position of rotating center on transmission arms.
可以轻松地在移栽上调整旋转的中心的位置。

Stroke X horizontal can be adjusted from 75-200 mm; stroke Y vertical can be adjusted from 30-75 mm.
X轴的水平冲程范围是75~200mm; Y轴的垂直冲程范围是30~75mm.

The manipulator UML 300 is a unit which converts mechanical rotating uniform shaft of entry into rectilinear movement of the horizontal run and vertical, through a trio of cam drum, whose shape determines the type of cycle that is executed.
UML300操控台,通过三重凸轮的配合来把输入的匀速转动转换为水平和竖直的直线运动。走出的形状是由执行的循环来决定的。
It is normally used as an accelerator of pallets. It can carry heavy loads (up to 70 kg).

Manipulators MLE are mechatronic units powered by linear motors, so by electric motors where rotor and stator are not “rolled up”, but “unrolled”, and generate a linear force instead of a torque.
Contrary to the mechanical manipulators, motion is not transmitted by cams or mechanical gears, but by induced electromagnetic forces; thus also the mechanical wear is close to nil.
MLE操控台是有线性马达为动力的机械单元,因此通过电机的定子和转子的展开来产生一个线性的力。 与机械的操作台相反的,运动不是通过凸轮或机械齿轮来转化的,而是通过电磁力产生的;这样就导致机械的磨损也几乎是可以忽略不计的。

Rotary Manipulation旋转操作台


Several types of devices can realize rotary manipulation.

BRMT (BRMT2 and BRMT3) are mechanical units which, by means of two barrel cams turn the uniform rotating of the inlet shaft into an intermittent angular and vertical stroke of the output turret.
BRMT (BRMT2 and BRMT3) 都是机械结构的,通过两个鼓形凸轮的旋转将输入轴的匀速旋转转化为间歇的角度和垂直冲程。
The angular stroke (i.e. the intermittent rotation or oscillation of the arm) and the vertical stroke (that is the lift and descend of said arm) follow each other and are in phase with the application cycle.
旋转冲程(例如:间歇旋转或者震荡臂)和垂直冲程(升降臂)交替动作来实现预期的工作循环。
BRMTs angular stroke is normally 90° or 180° (other angles can be realised on request), while the vertical stroke ranges from 25 mm to 100 mm.Speed can reach 120 cycles/min; as usual the less the masses.
BRMT的角度冲程通常是90° 和180°(其他角度也可以按照客户需要定制),同时垂直的冲程范围25mm~100mm。速度可达到120回/分钟;通常来说越少越糟糕。
Manipulators MAP (MAP 85, MAP 110 and MAP 135), delivering the intermittent rotation of the turret through an output device cam flat, and its lifting by a cam drum.

The manipulator MAP allows a different balance of the phases of rotation is up, allowing to reach very high working frequency (200 rpm) with 180 ° rotation of the arm without multiplication of the rotation.
